Jeff Scafaro - Employee and Labor Relations Expert

Cleveland, Ohio, resident Jeff Scafaro is a long-time employee and labor relations professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning health care, education, and consulting. Jeff Scafaro currently serves as director of employee and labor relations at LifeBridge Health, Inc., managing labor strategy, complex investigations, and arbitration cases. He also consults for Falls Church City Public Schools on collective agreements and union-focused training. In addition, he is the owner of Vanguard Consulting Group, where he provides advisory services across multiple states.

Jeffrey A. Scafaro completed professional coursework in industrial relations and labor law at Cleveland State University and earned labor relations certificates from Cornell University’s ILR School. He continues to expand his expertise with training in arbitration and advocacy through the Labor Arbitration Institute and the National Academy of Arbitrators.

Earlier in his career, Jeffrey A. Scafaro held management roles at Doctors Medical Center and Alameda Health System. He also served in union leadership with IBEW Local 998 and District 1199P, SEIU. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and the Labor and Employment Relations Association.

Outside of work, Mr. Scafaro enjoys supporting animal rescue efforts and playing tennis competitively. He also spends his leisure time staying informed on politics, current events, and relevant literature.
